Cosmopolitan Restaurant
This is the main dining room. Come here to dine on gourmet cuisine by candlelight in the dramatic, two-story Cosmopolitan Restaurant, which features soaring ocean views, attentive service, soft dinner music, and tables set with exquisite china, white linen, and crystal.

The dining room features a seven foot bronze statue by sculptor Leon Georges Baudry. It is a particularly wonderful piece of Art Deco work and once was at home in the Smoking Room of the SS Normandie. Today she will welcome you to an evening, lunch or breakfast of fine dining. This is the old style of dining room with grand staircase perfect for those photos that everyone loves to take. Dining is open seating for breakfast and lunch and reserved dining at either the early or late seating.

The Cova Café Milano is the perfect place for a latte or a sweet pastry. Start or finish your day here with an indulgence.



Normandie Restaurant
The Normandie restaurant is named after the ship whose paneling adorns her walls .This is the specialty restaurant on Celebrity Summit. There is a $25 per person supplement to dine here and the quality of food and service make it money well spent. Be sure to reserve your dinner here early.
For casual dining the Waterfall Café serves a breakfast and a lunch buffet. At breakfast you can have made to order omelets. In the afternoon you can have a casual tea with cake, cookies and snacks. Dinner service is also a buffet but with many of the same choices of meat that are available in the Cosmopolitan Restaurant. Late at night you can find snacks here served by waiters.
The Waterfall Grill offers pizza, hamburgers and hotdogs and fried for a grab and eat experience when you are lounging by the pool.

AquaSpa café
This is the place to go when you want something light and healthy any time during the day. It is located on the resort deck outside the spa

Room service is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
